IS ATHEISM A THREAT TO HUMANITY¡¡¿¿¿

Lately I've been noticing a lot of theists claim that atheism is destroying our society and that's why God is the way to life. You'd expect me to revoke such argument as an agnostic/atheist and 100% a non Abrahamic religion believer. But I won't, because atheism really has its downfalls. Doesn't mean I'll be defending any of said religions either.

First thing to address is why do these theists think that atheism is a plague and destroying all of us. Pretty simple; atheism has allowed our society to do things outside of the rules of God and thus bend the norm that has barely been changed ever and if attempted it was stopped (in funny severe ways but u get what i mean    Another reason is the loss of purpose in life and its value. Most religions give a huge value to life, especially the soul. That's why having children is seen as one of the best things you could ever do. Atheism lacks these ideals which makes people value themselves less, think life doesn't have much meaning, have less children, a loss on hope due to no coping mechanism or "protector" and more likely to commit suicide after not finding a purpose to stay alive for. And even if they don't end themselves, they might be more careless and even disregard the human species all together. 

Oh no, what a terrible thing! This huge atheism wave is not just letting people do whatever they want but also value less everything. We will be extinguished !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

While these can be true for many, usually atheists do have some sort of life motivation and not all of us have the same philosophy (like humanism and nihilism), unlike those who follow religion. This could be why they think we all have the same mindset because that's the system they're used to, all united and all the same. 

BUT EDEN, DON'T YOU GUYS FOLLOW THE BIOLOGY ROUTE. 

Again, many do but it doesn't apply to everyone. Atheism just means a disbelief in God/Gods and biology is just a way to explain our existence here, just like big bang and evolution. These theories tend to convince us more rather than others and sometimes that's where the "life is meaningless" thought comes from. Sadly, a lot of people take it as a sign to not look further into life or develop their own philosophy to make it worth living and full of purpose. 

Every time there's more ignorant people in this world and sometimes giving such people these thoughts can in fact cause chaos like drugs and violence since there's no God to fear. It's kind of funny how some truly need an extremely powerful being to punish them to behave properly. Thought empathy was enough but seems like not everyone has that.  

YES EDEN THIS IS WHY CHRIST IS THE WAY!!! THIS IS WHY GOD IS THE WAY!!!! WITHOUT GOD THERE'S CHAOS!!!!!

Yes without a strict rule controlling everyone's behavior there's chaos (freedom) and chaos (new problems to address) however, did you ever stop and think why the concept of God was fabricated in the first place?Why do you think dictatorships are a thing? You're right. To control everyone, to avoid their so called "chaos" (revolutions, new ideals, freedom, intellect, consciousness)

BUT EDEN, YOU JUST ACCEPTED THAT ATHEISM COMES WITH IT'S CONS¿!!!!1

I did, but bad things don't make something completely wrong or incorrect. Also don't act as if any of those Abrahamic religions don't have evil things in them, and if you disagree I recommend you to think by yourself for once and you'll notice how much your morality doesn't match the one in your holy loved beloved book. And when you realise how unmatched your  ACTUAL philosophy is with it you will have to give them up, after all, all of you think that the ultimate morality comes from God. There are no morals without him since"empathy" isn't a natural human thing. Hmmm, hard pill to swallow, can't even bite it to make it easier. 

I won't go in depth into this whole morals and empathy topic today but give it a thought. Already met too many people standing for that whole no morality without God crap.

BUT YES; 

revoking a system and having millions change their mindset leaving them with no coping mechanism (and purpose) is leading to chaos which makes the prev system seem like the correct way. 

It's funny cuz that's exactly why it was fabricated in the first place.
